UNISA Mylife <strong>for Undergraduate, PhD, Postgraduate, Masters, Diploma and Certificates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Due to a recent Microsoft update, you will no longer be able to directly access your myLife e-mail account when logged in to myUnisa.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"New_procedure_to_access_your_myLife_e-mail_account\"\/><strong>New procedure to access your myLife e-mail account<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h4>\n<p>To\u00a0<b>access your myLife e-mail account<\/b>, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the\u00a0<a href=\"#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Enter your full e-mail address (eg\u00a0xxxxxxxx@mylife.unisa.ac.za) and your password for your myLife e-mail account.<\/li>\n<li>Select \u201cSign in\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_to_do_if_your_password_is_not_active_on_myLife_O365\"\/><strong>What to do if your password is not active\u00a0on myLife \/ O365?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h4>\n<p>It may be necessary to reset your myUnisa password to synchronise it with your myLife mailbox.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Login to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/my.unisa.ac.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">myUnisa<\/a>\u00a0and click on \u201cMy Admin\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u201cChange Password\u201d link.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the form to update your password. Please note that this new password will be active for both your myUnisa and myLife services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Important_information\"\/><strong><br \/>Important information<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h4>\n<p>During peak periods, it may take approximately 30 minutes for the new password to activate on the myLife service.
