All applicants for Ordinary Diploma Programmes should apply Online through University website\u00a0http:\/\/oas.sjut.ac.tz\u00a0OR<\/span>
Application forms can be obtained from the Admission office, St. John\u2019s University of Tanzania or can be downloaded from the University website:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nLIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION<\/span><\/p>\nSend the filled in application form to the University Admissions Office:<\/span><\/p>\nTwo duly filled in application forms.<\/span>
Two stamp size coloured photographs with applicant\u2018s name written on the back.<\/span>
Two copies of certificates and\/or result slips for O-Level or equivalent.<\/span>
Two copies of certificates and\/or result slips for A-Level or equivalent.<\/span>
Two copies of birth certificate and\/or affidavit.<\/span>
