The Higher Education Students\u2019 Loans Board (HESLB) was established by HESLB Act (CAP 178) and became effective in July 2005. HESLB is mandated to, among others, issue loans and or grants to needy and eligible students.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Continuing_students_who_are_loan_beneficiaries\"\/><strong>Continuing students who are loan beneficiaries<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>All continuing loan beneficiaries shall continue to receive loans as per their initial Means Test Grades upon submission of examination results\/progress reports.
