Instructions on how to apply for various Undergraduate programmes at UDSM<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

All applications are processed through the Online Admission System (UDSM-OLAS) at\u00a0https:\/\/udsm.admission.ac.tz<\/a>.\u00a0<\/u>All application procedures are available from the online system accessible through the website at\u00a0https:\/\/www.udsm.ac.tz<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

All degree (direct and equivalent qualifications) and non-degree applicants will have to apply through the UDSM-OLAS.<\/span><\/p>\n

Admission account<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

After loading the admission page on the UDSM-OLAS at\u00a0https:\/\/udsm.admission.ac.tz<\/a>\u00a0<\/u>please follow the steps below:<\/span><\/p>\n

The admission page has the following features:<\/span><\/p>\n

HOME: \u00a0\u00a0UNDERGRADUATE<\/strong>: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 POSTGRADUATE: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 LOGIN<\/span><\/p>\n

Click the\u00a0UNDERGRADUATE<\/strong>\u00a0tab where you will find tabs for INSTRUCTONS and REGISTRATION.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please read the instructions carefully on how to apply for various Undergraduate Programmes at UDSM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then go to the\u00a0REGISTRATION\u00a0tab to open your admission account. To register for an account in the UDSM-OLAS you will need to provide the following details:<\/span><\/p>\n

First name<\/span><\/p>\n

Surname<\/span><\/p>\n

(Note: Names as they appear in your form four certificate)<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Email Address<\/span><\/p>\n

Mobile Telephone Number<\/span><\/p>\n

To finalize registration you will need to put in a password of your choice that you will use whenever you wish to log into the UDSM-OLAS.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fill in the characters\u00a0Captcha<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0as displayed on the page (i.e. blue characters)<\/span><\/p>\n

Then click the\u00a0REGISTER AS UNDERGRADUATE<\/strong>\u00a0button to create an account.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have successfully registered an account, the system will send an email to a specified email address. Please\u00a0login\u00a0<\/strong>into your email account to\u00a0activate\u00a0<\/strong>your admission account. Then use the\u00a0link\u00a0<\/strong>sent into your email to login into the UDSM-OLAS.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Your\u00a0username\u00a0is<\/strong>\u00a0your\u00a0email address<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Your\u00a0<\/strong>Password<\/strong>\u00a0is<\/strong>\u00a0the password you had provided when creating your account.<\/span><\/p>\n

Application fee payment: Tanzanians<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

When you are logged into your account you will find notification that your account is successfully activated (please open the notification)<\/span><\/p>\n

Click at\u00a0My Application<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0button to start application<\/span><\/p>\n

You will be presented with four [4] steps to finish the application<\/span><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>\u00a0choose the \u00a0programmes in the selected List and if\u00a0 you put choice 1,\u00a0means that is your first choice, the second is your second choice\u2026etc.<\/span><\/p>\n
