Applicants are expected to study in countries other than their own. Further information about the programme can be obtained from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.iucea.org\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/www.iucea.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), Morogoro, Tanzania invites applications for Cohort 2 of the KfW-funded Master\u2019s Scholarships from applicants who are citizens of the East African (EAC) Partner States (Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan and Uganda) for MSc. Irrigation Engineering and Management (IEM).
