TOTAL bursary programme aims to improve youth development, create a talent pool for the Youth Talent Graduate programme and address scarce and critical skills as needed by the company.<\/p>\n
TOTAL bursary scheme is offered to 8-10 students at an FET college or a university on an annual basis.\u00a0Bursaries are also available to students in their third year of studies if they have an average of 65% or greater for years 1 and 2. Candidates should not be receiving any financial assistance from another institution or company. The bursary is offered to students who pursue Engineering\u00a0(Mechanical, Industrial and Civil),\u00a0Economics,\u00a0Finance (Accounting or Tax),\u00a0Marketing,\u00a0Environmental Studies,\u00a0Human Resources,\u00a0Logistics\/Supply Chain Management,\u00a0Law and Corporate Governance Health and Safety degrees. The bursary pays for tuition fees, books and stationery\u00a0allowances and accommodation costs.<\/p>\n
