Dar es Salaam University (UDSM) Undergraduate Application Forms : Dar es Salaam University (UDSM) undergraduate application form for is open and are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into undergraduate courses or programmes of the Dar es Salaam University (UDSM) for the Academic Session is NOW ONGOING. \u00a0Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Dar es Salaam University (UDSM) undergraduate programmes for the academic session. This is to inform all interested candidates that Dar es Salaam University (UDSM) Application Form for Admission Advert.<\/p>\n

NEW APPLICANTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stage 1: Registration for an admission account:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Register for an account in our system through the button (REGISTRATION<\/strong>) at the\u00a0UNDERGRADUATE<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0tab
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Note: to register for an account in the admission system you will need to supply the following details:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • First name<\/li>\n
  • Surname<\/li>\n
  • Email Address<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Mobile Telephone Number<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • To finalize registration you will need to put in a\u00a0password of your choice that you will use whenever you wish to log into the admission\u00a0system.<\/li>\n
  • And lastly fill in the characters\u00a0captcha<\/em>\u00a0as will be shown in the page, i.e.\u00a0Captcha<\/em>\u00a0then click register button at the bottom to register for an account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    If you are successfully registered, then the system will send an email to your email address, please log into your email account to activate your admission account.<\/p>\n

      Stage 2: make application:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. When you are successfully logged into your account you will find notification that your account is successfully activated (please open the notification)<\/li>\n
      2. Click at\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0My Application button to start application<\/li>\n
      3. You will be presented with four[4] steps to finish the application<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Chose application category<\/em>:<\/li>\n
        2. Write names<\/em>\u00a0as they appear in your secondary certificates<\/li>\n
        3. sex, Country of Citizenship and Disability Type<\/em>\u00a0if any<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Step 2: APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Use the reference number and the amount shown there after getting control number , to pay application fee by using mobile money services
          ie. Mpesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money etc.<\/p>\n

          Open your mpesa by dialling *150*00#<\/p>\n

          Then chose 4 LIPA kwa M-Pesa<\/p>\n

          Then chose 4<\/p>\n

          Then Business number\/: 888999<\/p>\n

          The Reference number\/ number : take from your Admission system account at the make payment button ,<\/p>\n

          The reference number is shown in red colour:<\/p>\n

          eg.Reference no 99143XXXXXXX<\/u><\/p>\n

          Open your Tigo-Pesa Number dialling *150*01#<\/p>\n

          Then chose 4 LIPA Bili, PAY bill<\/p>\n

          Then chose 3<\/p>\n

          Then Business number\/: 888999<\/p>\n

          Then Reference number\/ number : take from your Admission system account at the make payment button,<\/p>\n

          the reference number is shown in red colour:<\/p>\n

          eg.Reference no 99143XXXXXX<\/u><\/p>\n


          For those with Airtel Number,<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Airtel Money Number dialling *150*60#<\/p>\n

          Then chose 5<\/p>\n

          Then chose 4<\/p>\n

          Then Business number\/ 888999<\/p>\n

          The Reference number\/ n: take from your Admission system account at the make payment button,<\/p>\n

          the reference number is shown in red colour:<\/p>\n

          eg.Reference no: 99143XXXXXXX<\/u><\/p>\n

          After payment, the system will automatically update and allow you to proceed to\u00a0step3<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \u00a0Step 3: ACCADEMIC QUALIFICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. For Direct Entry applicants with both form IV and VI results from NECTA<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Add index number and year and choose level<\/p>\n

            Example:
            Index no: S0110\/0092\/2014\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 level\u00a0 \u00a0O-LEVEL<\/p>\n

            Then click add sitting<\/p>\n

            Index no: S0110\/0088\/2017 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 level\u00a0 \u00a0A-LEVEL<\/p>\n

            Then click add sitting
            if you have multiple sittings then you can add all sittings that you wish to be considered in the \u00a0selection process.<\/p>\n

            2. For Equivalent applicants with form IV results from NECTA<\/p>\n

            Add index number and year and choose level<\/p>\n

            Then upload your Diploma certificates in the system in PDF format<\/p>\n

            3. \u00a0For applicants with foreign certificates,\u00a0 you will need to put results in the system
            and upload certificates in PDF format<\/p>\n

            Step 4: PROGRAMME CHOICES<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Choose from the List of available Programmes and the application choice number.<\/p>\n

            Note:<\/strong>\u00a0choose the \u00a0programmes in the selected List and if\u00a0 you put choice 1,\u00a0means that is your first choice, the second is your second choice\u2026etc.<\/p>\n

            the selection proces will also consider your choice priorities<\/p>\n
