A step by step guide on completing online application through UR Applicants portal.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Before staring your online application consider the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Browse our\u00a0academic programmes\u00a0through\u00a0the link\u00a0at the end\u00a0of these guidelines.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Navigate through the program description to check College and programme specific entry requirements. This will inform you about\u00a0your eligibility to \u00a0a particular programme(s).<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Take note of programmes that meet your career dreams. The system will allow you to make five choice at maximum.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. With the above\u00a0information you will have understood our College systems and probably\u00a0made a choice of academic programme(s)\u00a0you want to apply for. It is now time to learn how the online application system works following guidelines below.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Online application is a 12-steps process. All applicants must first pay\u00a0application fee after getting the\u00a0reference\/student number. Payment is made \u00a0in Bank of Kigali(BK) or Via MTN Mobile Money by using Urubuto. To pay with Mobile Money\u00a0Dial *775# and follow instructions.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Applicants will be able to continue and complete the application process \u00a0after payment. At this stage you will login to the system through\u00a0Registered Users\u00a0window.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Please keep the bank slip with you for it may be required when necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. After generating a reference number, pay a non-refundable fee of 5000Frw (for Rwandan and EAC citizens) and 6,000 Frw for international applicants, to UR Bank account\u00a0no<\/sup><\/strong>00094-0637830-21 Bank of Kigali<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0<\/p>\n

    STEP 1:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Start your application by clicking the\u00a0Applicant portal\u00a0from the right of the home page under Quick links and at the end of guideline.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    STEP 2:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0The first application form window: Click on New application<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    STEP 3:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0The prospective students will complete their biographical information<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Note: Existing students (those who attempted to apply in the past) will proceed to Step 6<\/span><\/p>\n

    STEP 4:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Creation of PIN and STUDENT ACCOUNT in the System<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    STEP 5:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Starting point on programme selection<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    STEP 6:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0ACCEPTING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    At this step you are required to click the I accept button on the bottom<\/span><\/p>\n

    STEP 7:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    STEP 8:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0At this step the default Academic Year is 2022 you do not need to fill the field. You only need to type in the search field e keyword (e.g: Accounting, information, medicine) to view the list of programmes related to it.<\/span><\/p>\n

    STEP 9:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 Select one programme from the list<\/span><\/p>\n

    STEP 10:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0choosing a campus and attendance mode ( Where and how would you like to study)<\/span><\/p>\n

    At this stage you must select the campus and attendance mode only other fields are auto\u00a0filled for new students. Then save and continue.<\/span><\/p>\n

    STEP 11<\/strong>:<\/u>\u00a0Confirmation of\u00a0your choice<\/span><\/p>\n

      At this stage the system blocks your application for verification of payment of the application fee\u00a0paid in Bank of Kigali(BK) on\u00a0UR-Internal Revenues Account\u00a0no<\/sup>\u00a000094-0637830-21 Bank of Kigali<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      STEP 12<\/u>:<\/strong>\u00a0After paying you can now submit you application.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Congratulations! Your application has been successfully submitted.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
