Switch to natural Food.

Natural foods, such as vegetables, fruits, beans, and whole grains, are high in fiber. High-fiber foods take up volume in your stomach and help you feel full longer. Soluble fiber (plentiful in beans and fruit) slows stomach emptying and stabilizes blood sugar, keeping hunger at bay. High-fiber foods also contain prebiotics—the special starches that serve as food for the probiotics, or healthy bacteria, in your GI tract.

Eat at least three cups of vegetables and three pieces of fruit daily, along with several servings of fiber-rich sweet potatoes, beans, and whole grains.

2. Eliminate sugary food in your food list. Eliminate sugary sweet products, as well as food loaded with preservatives. Add in lots of fruits, vegetables and lean protein. (Supplement with Naturals Healing Protein).

3. Burn calories eating.

Studies show that capsaicin, a compound in hot chili peppers, may help boost calorie burning, reduce appetite, and aid in weight control. That makes fresh or dried peppers, pepper flakes, and chili powder a smart addition to your diet. Green tea, which has special polyphenols called catechins, may also help boost calorie-burning and reduce hunger levels.

Swap your second cup of coffee for green tea. Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes to soups and pasta sauce.

4. Don’t skip breakfast

Be sure to eat breakfast everyday. Breakfast is key in providing energy that will fuel you for all your morning activities. Another benefit of having a full stomach in the morning is that it prevents you from snacking on something unhealthy when you fill those mid day hunger pangs.

5. Drink more water

Drink adequate amounts of water daily. Did you know that most people mistake thirst for hunger? This is why many of us are so quick to grab a snack at the oddest times. However, if you take a drink of water before doing this, you may realize that you were only thirsty and will not proceed to eat. Besides that, water helps flush out the toxins in your system, and can help you have healthy and glowing skin.

6. Choose healthy snacks

Choose healthy snacks. The best snacks are actually those that combine a bit of protein, fiber and healthy fat. When you snack often, you prevent yourself from getting so hungry that you will willingly eat anything and everything. This is a good way to resist temptation.

7. Do body exercise

Exercise isn’t the only way to burn calories. Everyday tasks like walking, standing, and cleaning can have a big impact on your total calorie burn and tip the weight-loss balance in your favor. Look around your work and home environments for ways you can make yourself more active.

Also Keep up your running mileage or usual workouts, but toss in new activities. Doing so will use less-trained muscles and create adaptive changes on a microscopic level, such as building new muscle proteins and cellular compartments that help burn more calories.

8. Control your plate size

A new study from Cornell University shows that 92% of people clean their plates. That’s not so bad when you’re eating salads, but could mean calorie overload when it comes to ice cream, cookies, chips, and other indulgent foods. Don’t deny yourself these treats—just trick yourself a bit by modifying what you see. Serve chips in a small bowl (rather than out of the bag) and use smaller serving utensils and smaller plates, which will make downsized portions appear larger.

9. Don’t miss fat everyday

Make sure that you get your daily dose of good fats. Remember that not all fats are created equally. Good fats such as omega 3 fatty acids and medium chain fatty acids can help boost heart, brain, joint, eye and skin functions.

Make sure that you’re eating plenty of fiber. Good sources include vegetables, fruit, sprouted nuts, seeds, soaked beans and in moderate amounts traditionally prepared grains like sourdough spelt. By eating more fiber, the body slows down digestion and allows you to feel fuller for much longer.

1. Switch to natural Food.
