Matokeo Kidato Cha Nne 2023\/2024 DECLARED:<\/strong> NECTA has announced the results for Matokeo Kidato Cha Nne 2023\/2024. Students can now access their scores and performance details.<\/span><\/p>\n

The National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) today, January 25, 2024, has announced the results of the Form Four examination held in November 2023. A total of 484,823 candidates, equivalent to 87.65% of those who sat for the exam, have passed.<\/p>\n

Announcing the results in Dar es Salaam, the Executive Secretary of NECTA, Dr. Said Ally Mohamed said, \u201cOut of the successful candidates, 257,892 are girls, which is 86.17%, while 226,931 boys have passed, constituting 89.40%. In 2022, the number of candidates who passed were 476,450, which was 86.78%. Therefore, there is an increase of 0.87% in the pass rate compared to 2022.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAmong these successful students, there are School Candidates and Private Candidates. A total of 471,427 School Candidates out of 527,576 who received their results, which is 89.36%, have passed, obtaining grades I, II, III, and IV. In 2022, the pass rate for School Candidates was 87.79%, thus showing an increase of 1.57%.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe number of Private Candidates who passed the exam is 13,396, equivalent to 52.44%. In 2022, 19,475 Private Candidates, constituting 68.34%, passed the exam. Hence, the pass rate for these Private Candidates has decreased by 15.90% compared to 2022.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
