This amount is payable in addition to the registration fee.<\/li>\n<li>Asylum seekers, refugees, diplomats and their dependents stationed in South Africa are exempted from paying the international levy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>International registration and tuition fees<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-South African citizens (excluding students who are citizens of SADC countries) will be charged double the tuition fee of South African students (see cost factors in the table below), AND the International levy will be charged.
