In 2002 the company partnered with Schr\u00e9der, a Belgian multinational lighting company with operations in 5 continents. As of 2013, BEKA became a wholly owned Schr\u00e9der company and have since changed their name to BEKA Schr\u00e9der.<\/p>\n<p>Today, BEKA Schr\u00e9der (Pty) Ltd is the leading manufacturer of Luminaires and Glass Fibre Reinforced polyester (GRP) Poles within Africa. The company provides lighting solutions within the following categories: Transit, Industry, Road and Urban, Tunnel, Sport, Campus, Ambiance and Illumination.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ABOUT_THE_BURSARY_PROGRAMME_%E2%80%93_FIELDS_COVERED\"\/>ABOUT THE BURSARY PROGRAMME \u2013 FIELDS COVERED<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h3>\n<p>BEKA Schr\u00e9der (Pty) Ltd will be awarding bursaries within one of following fields of study (undergraduate qualifications only):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n<li>Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Human Resources<\/li>\n<li>Information Technology<\/li>\n<li>Logistics<\/li>\n<li>Supply Chain<\/li>\n<li>Engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"MORE_ABOUT_THE_BURSARY_PROGRAMME_%E2%80%93_COVERAGE_VALUE_OTHER_OPPORTUNITIES\"\/>MORE ABOUT THE BURSARY PROGRAMME \u2013 COVERAGE VALUE &amp; OTHER OPPORTUNITIES<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h3>\n<p>The bursary will provide cover for the following expenses: tuition fees, prescribed textbooks, accommodation and meals, up to a maximum value of R75 000.<\/p>\n<p>Bursaries are awarding for 1 year at a time and students should reapply for funding each year.
