Fellowship for African Students in Germany 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The German Industry for Future Leaders from Africa invites aplications for the AFRIKA KOMMT Training Programme for Sub-Saharan African Students in 2020<\/p>\n<p>The AFRIKA KOMMT is financed by the German partner companies and this program aims at highly qualified, self-driven young professionals and junior executives from Sub-Saharan Africa with several years of hands-on work experience, strong leadership qualities and a very high level of commitment and dedication.\u00a0Fellowship for African Students in Germany<br \/>AFRIKA KOMMT! is a practice-oriented fellowship programme.<\/p>\n<p>Fellows will receive two certificates. One official certificate upon successful completion of the programme with a detailed description of the specific contents and components of the training and one official certificate by the partner company upon successful completion of the internship In addition, fellows will receive a certificate by the Academy for International Cooperation of GIZ GmbH by successful completion of the professional training in the tool \u201cInternational Competence Development Journal\u201d.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Worth_of_Award\"\/><strong>Worth of Award<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h4>\n<p>The AFRIKA KOMMT! Fellowship for African Students in GermanyFellowship program includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Language course<br \/>An individual German language course before departure to Germany<br \/>An intensive German language course in Germany including fees, accommodation and living allowance<\/li>\n<li>Travelling expenses \u2013 Flights, Visa, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Visa for Germany for one year<\/li>\n<li>Roundtrip airfare from your hometown to Germany and back<\/li>\n<li>Travel to refresher course and back<\/li>\n<li>Programme-related traveling expenses in Germany<\/li>\n<li>Monthly living allowance during the theoretical phase<\/li>\n<li>Monthly living allowance of \u20ac 750,- (August, September and October 2020; July 2021<\/li>\n<li>One-off relocation fee of \u20ac 1.000,- for settling back into the home countries<\/li>\n<li>Monthly salary during the internship in the companies of approx. \u20ac 1.500,- gross<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important note<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The monthly allowance of \u20ac 750,- and the salary ensures an adequate standard of living in Germany. However, the amount is not sufficient to provide financial support for families or relatives and for this reason they cannot accompany the fellow to Germany.
