Such these individuals see the purpose and importance of infrastructure to society and seek to contribute to a sustainable future. Students must have been at least in their second year of study in fields such as\u00a0Civil Engineering (B. Eng \/ BSc),\u00a0Quantity Surveying (BSc \/ BSc Hons) and Mining Engineering (B. Eng \/ BSc \/\u00a0National Diploma).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-divider su-divider-style-default\"><\/div>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"About_Basil_Read\"><\/span><strong>About\u00a0Basil Read<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Basil\u00a0Read was founded by\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Basil\u00a0Leonard\u00a0Read back in 1952 as a small construction firm. The company is subdivided into divisions such as Construction (Civil\/Plants and Buildings), Housing Development, Mining and Public Roads.
