Represented by the Minister of Transport, the South African government is SANRAL\u2019s owner and sole shareholder.<\/p>\n<p>The companies core values include: Integrity; Excellence; Care; Participation and Pro-activeness. SANRAL\u2019s corporate centre is based in Pretoria and 4 regional locations are based in Cape Town; Port Elizabeth; Pretoria and Pietermaritzburg.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ABOUT_THE_BURSARY_PROGRAMME_%E2%80%93_FIELDS_COVERED_COVERAGE_VALUE\"\/>ABOUT THE BURSARY PROGRAMME \u2013 FIELDS COVERED &amp; COVERAGE VALUE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h3>\n<p>SANRAL has since initiated a bursary scheme as a means of developing skill sets of students within the Civil Engineering industry.
