Mode of Application for Domestic (Ghanaian) Applicants\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n

All Ghanaian applicants for the Academic Year admissions are required to use the\u00a0UDS Online Admissions Portal.<\/a> The procedure for the online application process is as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. Make a payment of\u00a0GH\u00a2 180.00 (one hundred and eighty Ghana Cedis)<\/strong>\u00a0for the\u00a0UDS E-Voucher<\/strong>\u00a0at any Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB), Prudential Bank, Zenith Bank, Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) , Stanbic Bank and Ecobank branches throughout the country.<\/li>\n
  2. The E-Voucher contains the\u00a0PIN<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Serial Number<\/strong>\u00a0required in completing the online form.<\/li>\n
  3. Access the online form by visiting our online admissions portal\u00a0here\u00a0<\/a>soon after payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Visit UDS online Admissions Portal\u00a0here\u00a0<\/a>with a\u00a0MasterCard<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Visa<\/strong>\u00a0to make an online payment of\u00a0GH\u00a2180.00<\/strong>(one hundred and eighty Ghana Cedis)<\/li>\n
    2. Print the advice slip for future reference.<\/li>\n
    3. In completing the online form, students will be required to upload their\u00a0most recent passport size photographs<\/strong>with\u00a0white background<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0relevant certificates<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. A completed form is not considered until it is submitted.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Applicants are advised to check thoroughly all details entered before finally submitting their online applications.\u00a0A form, once submitted, can only be viewed, but cannot be edited.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Candidates are strongly advised to visit any\u00a0Ghana Post EMS Office<\/strong>\u00a0in the Country for assistance towards the return of the application documents\u00a0(see VIII)<\/strong>. Applicants are advised\u00a0not to post the forms themselves.<\/strong>\u00a0They should seek the advice and services of Ghana Post EMS.<\/li>\n
    7. Applicants must print out application summary; attach results slips, certificates and all other relevant documents. These documents should be submitted in triplicates\u00a0(three copies each)<\/strong>\u00a0to the Senior Assistant Registrar (Academic Affairs Section).<\/li>\n
    8. The application documents as specified in (VII) above should be addressed to:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      All non-Ghanaian are advised to apply as follows:<\/p>\n

      1. Visit UDS\u00a0Online Admissions Portal\u00a0<\/a>with a Master Card or Visa Card to make an online payment of $100.00 (One Hundred US Dollars)<\/li>\n
      2. Print the advice slip for future reference<\/li>\n
      3. Access the online form by visiting our\u00a0Online Admissions Portal<\/a>\u00a0soon after payment.<\/li>\n
      4. In completing the online form, students will be required to upload their passport size photographs and certificates<\/li>\n
