ADMISSION CRITERIA
To be admitted in Level 1,
The candidate should have the Secondary school certificate issued by the Rwanda Education Board (REB) or Equivalent with at least two principal passes required by High Education Council (HEC).
To be admitted in Level 2, 3 & 4 from others Higher Learning Institutions
The following documents are requested:
- Application letter written to the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academics Affairs and Research
- Notarized Academic transcripts for previous levels.
- Copy of the proof of payment of 10,000 Rwf for admission
How to Apply
Step 1:Upon completion of admission, students can register themselves online.
Before doing online registration your payment must be approved by UTAB Finance service or UMIS .
Requested documents for registration:
The following documents are requested:
- Proof of payment of RWF 25,000 as registration fee
- Notarized certificate of secondary school
- Copy of result reports of 6,5 and 4 secondary school
- Copy of National Id card for national and copy of Passport for foreigner
- 2 colored photos passport
Step 2:After the completion of registration process UMIS will provide to you registration letter,
Before doing online registration your payment must be approved by UTAB Finance service or IMIS.
