APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
All applicants must submit a completed application form or apply online. You should submit your paper-based application at least a fortnight before the published deadline. Applicants should also enclose the following documents.
A certified copy of your birth certificate
A certified copy of your national ID
A certified copy of your O level certificate
A certified copy of your A level certificate
Certified copies of other certificates
Note: The application fee is $20. For online application a bank deposit slip should be attached on the form.
