Step 1:

Step 2:

Go to the Reception office located at KIBOGORA in NYAMASHEKE District.

Applications from Rusizi area may go to our agent in Free Methodist Church in Rwanda, Kamembe Conference, Kamembe beside the old bus station Phone 0783667060.

Applications from Kigali area may go to Free Methodist Church In Rwanda, Gikondo.

APPLYING FOR ADMISSION (LEVEL 1)

To be admitted students must have Secondary school certificates issued by the Rwanda Education Board (REB) or Equivalent with at least 2 principal passes.

APPLYING FOR ADMISSION (LEVEL 1)

A registration form (to be found at kp, our agent or online).for an application form (including electronic applications) email [email protected] OR [email protected] OR DOWNLOAD THE E-APPLICATION FORM HERE

1. A notified copy of secondary school certificate
2. A photocopy of the National Identity Card, Passport or other official document
3. Two colored and current passport photos
4. A proof of paying Application fee (5,000 Rfw)
5. Secondary school report forms of the last three years

1. 2 passport size photographs
2. 1 notified copy of higher education certificate
3. Success certificate A1
4. 1 copy of identity card or passport
5. Academic transcripts (original) for Level 1,Level 2,Level 3,Level 4
6. Academic transcripts (Photocopies) for Level 1,Level 2,Level 3,Level 4
7. A proof of paying Application fees (5,000 Rfw)
8. Application letter to Registrar
