Currently, online services available are for Licence or Tariff application—through Licence and Order Information System (LOIS), Complaints Registration, submission of Water Tariff Performance Report—through Water Information System (MaJIs); and submission of Electricity Performance Reports—through Electricity Regulatory Information System (ERIS).
