Quantitative Social Science PhD Scholarship

  • The University of Kent is offering Ph.D. scholarships in Sociology, Social Policy, and Criminology.
  • The applicants for Quantitative Social Science PhD Scholarship, 2017 should have a 1st or a 2.1 undergraduate degree and an MA or MSc at Merit or Distinction level.
  • The candidates should submit an application for a place to study at the University for a Postgraduate Degree.
  • The applicants should also submit a scholarship application form.
  • The candidates applying for Quantitative Social Science PhD Scholarship, 2017 are required to secure an agreement from a staff member to be their supervisor.
  • The applicants should be commencing study in September/October 2017 and should have an IETLS score of 7.0 for non-UK students with no sub score below 6.5.
  • The candidates should submit two references.
  • The recipients of Quantitative Social Science PhD Scholarship, 2017 get an annual stipend of £14,057 per year and an additional allowance of £3,000 per year.
