Students’ transfer from Zanzibar to Mainland Tanzania
The following conditions are required to be fulfilled:
- Three passport size student’s photographs.
- Student’s Academic Records from the previous school authority.
- An official letter from the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training in Zanzibar.
Students’ transfer from Mainland Tanzania to Zanzibar
The following conditions are required to be fulfilled:
- Supporting documents related to the student’s transfer request.
- One passport size student’s photograph.
- TSM 9 (Original & Photocopy).
- Student’s transfer request letter from the parent/ guardian.
- Supporting letter related to the student’s transfer from the former school authority. Copy to the Regional Education Officer.
- Student’s Academic Records from the previous school authority .
Students’ transfer from Oversees to Tanzania
1. Children of members of Diplomatic Staff.
The following conditions are required to be fulfilled:
- Student’s transfer request letter from the parent/ guardian.
- Supporting letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations.
Student’s Academic Records from the previous school authority.
- A letter from the National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA) indicating equivalent academic performance of the student.
- Three passport size student’s photographs.
2. Children of parent(s)/ guardian working oversees on private terms:
The following conditions are required to be fulfilled:
- Student’s transfer request letter from the parent/ guardian.
- Residence permit (In case expatriates).
Student’s Academic Records from the previous school authority.
- A letter from the National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA) indicating equivalent academic performance of the student.
- Evidence of the student’s enrolment permit from the school authority in Tanzania.
- Three passport size student’s photographs.
Students’ transfer from Tanzania to Oversees
The following conditions are required to be fulfilled:
- Student’s transfer request letter from the parent/ guardian.
- Supporting letter related to the student’s transfer from the former school authority. Copy to the Regional Education Officer.
Supporting documents related to the student’s transfer request.
- Student’s Academic Records from the previous school authority.
- One passport size student’s photograph
- TSM 9
