The University of Oxford is offering Louis Dreyfus-Weidenfeld Scholarship, 2017 to postgraduate students from developing and emerging economies in Africa, Asia, and South America.
Eligibility
- The candidates applying for Louis Dreyfus-Weidenfeld Scholarship, 2017 should be nationals of developing and emerging economies in Asia, South America, and Africa.
- The applicants should intend to return to their home country after their course is completed.
- The current students are not eligible unless they are already Weidenfeld-Hoffmann scholars.
- The applicants should have an offer of a place on their course to be considered for the scholarship.
- The successful candidates should prove that they are committed to serving the global community including the agricultural industry, politics, law, food security, economic, public and foreign policy, health care, development areas, environmental and water management, and sustainable agriculture.
- The applicants are assessed based on the connection between their subject of study and their career objectives.

- The candidates applying for Louis Dreyfus-Weidenfeld Scholarship, 2017 should submit their application form for graduate study by the relevant course deadline.
- The applicants should also complete a Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships Questionnaire and upload it with their graduate application form.
Value of the scholarship
The recipients get at least £14,296 towards living costs and 100% of University and college fees.
